Tour through the historic buildings of the Rocks area, Australia’s British birthplace, view the famous Opera House and the Conservatorium of Music. View Hyde Park and the Notre Dame inspired St Marys Cathedral, see Parliament House, the Art Gallery and the parklands of The Domain, Next , view the Sydney Town Hall, Sydney Tower and the exciting Darling Harbour. Capture views from MrsMacquaries Chair and see the colourful Royal Botanic Gardens. Enjoy stunning views of the harbour entrance from the southern headland, The Gap. Walk along the sands of famous Bondi Beach or enjoy afternoon tea (own expense). See the splendid terrace houses as you tour through Paddington and Double Bay.
Day 03 : Day Free
Breakfast at hotel. Day free to explore the city.. Optional tours: Sydney Showboat Dinner cruise, Sydney 3 discovery Pass, Sydney Harbour Jet Boating, Bridge Climbing, Blue Mountains & Australian Wildlife Park / Jenolan Caves tour…. etc.
Day 04 : Sydney – Melbourne
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer by coach to Sydney airport for flight to Melbourne. Arrive Melbourne airport and transfer by coach to hotel. Rest of the day free to explore the city.
Day 05 : Phillip Island & Penguin Parade + Koalas
Breakfast at hotel. Morning free at leisure. Afternoon jointhe Phillip Island tour. Phillip Island tour departs at 1.30 pm from Swanston Street, Melbourne. Get close to the remarkable penguins and wildlife of Australia Phillip Island, home to an astounding array of wildlife, including Australia’s largest fur seal colony, the little penguins and cuddly koalas. The Phillip Island Nature Park now offers new up-close ways to witness the Penguin spectacle. See the Melbourne bayside suburbs of St.Kilda and Brighton. Visit Warrook, a working cattle farm in the prosperous Gippsland region. Enjoy the opportunity to pat and feed kangaroos, wallabies and a host of farm animals. Encounter koalas in their natural habitat at the Koala Conservation Centre. Stroll along elevated boardwalks and spot koalas in the trees. View spectacular coastal scenery at Nobbies, two rocky outcrops abundant in marine life. From the walkway, see Australia’s largest population of fur seals living along the rugged southern coastline. Browse through the educational and interesting Phillip Island Visitors Information Centre. Visit the popular seaside town of Cowes, the main town on Phillip Island and a holiday retreat for fishermen and beach lovers Arrive back in Melbourne, summertime at approximately 11.30pm and wintertime at approximately 10.30pm.
Day 06 : Melbourne – Brisbane – Gold Coast
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer from Melbourne hotel to the airport for flight to Brisbane . Arrive Brisbane airport and coach transfer to Gold Coast hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure.
Day 07 : Full day Movieworld
Breakfast at hotel. Full day visit to Movieworld. Stunt Shows, special effect stages and adventures in the 4th dimension. See your favourite Looney Tune cartoon characters and tour through a live working film studio. Experience “Lethal Weapon” – the ride, marvel at the Maverick illusion and magic show and take the thrilling waterborne ride through the Wild Wild West. Late afternoon, transfer back to hotel and at leisure.
Day 08 : Full Day Seaworld
Breakfast at hotel. Full day visit to Seaworld. A visit to Australia’s No.1 tourist attraction. Marvel at the dolphin and sealion aquatic show. See divers hand feed sharks, stingrays and gropers. Visit the 3D theatre to view the new “Pirates” movie and enjoy the dozens of thrilling rides including the famous Corkscrew roller coaster and the mysterious Bermuda Triangle. Late afternoon, transfer back to hotel and at leisure.
Day 09 : Depart Gold Coast
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer by coach from Gold Coast hotel to Brisbane airport for departure flight to back home.
