Indicative Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Larnaka

Arrive Larnaka andmeet the representative and get transfer to hotel. Day is at free to explore the near by areas.Larnaka revolves around its seaside position. The coastal promenade – known universally as the Finikoudes – is where locals and visitors alike come for a morning coffee or an evening beer, to flop out on the beach during the day and to stroll at sunset. It’s the hub of the scene, with restaurants, cafes and bars galore, and during summer it fully revs up for the annual flood for tourist.

Day 2: Larnaca

Breakfast at hotel. Today visit San Antonio II East Coast Cruise. Full Day from Larnaca. Relax on board a schooner as it sails down the eastern Cypriot coastline during this full-day tour from Larnaca. Take in the scenery and then dive in at one of the several swimming stops to explore the underwater world and cool off. Back on deck, enjoy a buffet lunch with fresh fruits and desserts, accompanied by drinks from the open bar.

Day 3: Larnaka

Day 4: Larnaka – Paphos/ Pafos

Breakfast at hotel. Check out and transfer to stain and board the train to Paphos. Check in to the hotel. Day is free to explore the city by own.Linked by a traffic artery, Kato Pafos (Lower Pafos) and Ktima (Upper Pafos; 3km to the northeast) form a contrasting whole. Kato Pafos is geared towards tourists, with bars and souvenir shops lining the palm-fringed seafront. Dive into the backstreets to discover historic gems such as medieval baths, catacombs and a simple fishermen’s church. But the grand-slam sight is one of the South’s richest archaeological locales, the Pafos Archaeological Site, just one reason the city was awarded joint European Capital of Culture in 2017. Standing here, surrounded by acres of history and fields of wild flowers, feels a world away from the busy resort just beyond the entrance.

Day 5: Pafos

Breakfast at hotel today visit Troodos and Kykkos Day Tour from Paphos. Our first stop is at the 12th Century Chrysoroyiatissa Monastery dedicated to “Our Lady of the Golden Pomegranate”. From there we drive through Paphos forest towards Kykkos, one of the holiest and richest monasteries in Cyprus. It is here that the first President of Cyprus, Archbishop Makarios became a young monk, and was later buried according to his wishes. Among the most important treasures of the monastery is the icon of the “Virgin Mary”, which was reputedly painted by the Apostle Luke himself. We will also be able to see many religious relics of other saints. Our tour continues through the beautiful Marathassa valley with its picturesque villages and lovely scenery. We will stop at a local village where we will have free time for lunch (not included in the price). Our final stop is at Omodos, a beautiful village located in the famous wine-producing area of Afames, in the Limassol district. We will walk through the cobbled streets to the village square which is lined with cafes and shops selling local produce. We will visit the monastery of the Holy Cross, which houses a piece of the rope used by the Romans to fasten Jesus to the cross, and see the old wine press, glass makers and other craftsmen. There will be time to have a coffee or try the unique dessert wine ‘commandaria’ and the local spirit called ‘zivania’.

 

Day 6: Pafos

Breakfast at hotel. Today visit to Day Trip by Mini Bus to AkamasFromPaphosExplore the beautiful nature of Cyprus with this day trip form Paphos. Stroll around scenic limestone-clad Avakas Gorge. Walk along the Lara Bay and gawk at indigenous turtles nesting in their natural habitat. Discover Ayios Georgios, a church dating back to the sixth century. And then take some free time to wander on your own.

Day 7 :Pafos – Larnaka – Homebound

Breakfast at hotel. Check out and board the train to Larnaka and get transfer to airport for your final departure.
